TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tours must be booked directly with Robin Snowdon / Georgina Harvey via email to info@limeburnhillvineyard.co.uk
Voucher places are allocated in the order requests are received, so please book early for your preferred date.
Vouchers are only valid for the tour dates in the year shown on your voucher. Requests to carry over vouchers to the following year will be refused.
Dates, once booked, can only be changed if space is available on an alternative tour, and with a minimum 14-days notice.
If you wish to change your booking with less than 14 days notice, we can only offer you an alternative date if we can resell your spaces on the tour. If we cannot resell your spaces, your voucher will become void or you can gift your booked spaces to another. Please advise us of the names and email address of the recipient if you do so.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.
Bookings will be refused if the voucher number has already been redeemed.
If Limeburn Hill Vineyard is forced to cancel the tour due to unforeseeable circumstances, then an alternative date will be made available.
