Public Tours & Tastings 2026
Just 4 miles from Bristol, and 12 miles from Bath and Wells, the vineyard is set among the ancient hills and big skies of the Chew Valley, with beautiful southerly views over Chew Valley Lake and the Mendip Hills. Our tours are taken at a relaxed pace gently leading you through the vines to the top of the hill where our current range of chilled wines will be waiting for you to taste.
The tours will be led by one of the owners and you can find out about the cycles of the vineyard year, working with Biodynamic treatments to promote soil health and biodiversity, and get a glimpse into natural winemaking using only grape juice and wild yeasts.

We have now stopped selling tour and tasting gift cards for the 2026 season. Gift cards for 2027 will be available in the Autumn. You can still buy tickets to give by purchasing through Eventbrite.
Gift Vouchers

Tickets costs £20 per person plus £3 for the card and first class postage. Eg. One voucher for 2 costs £43. Valid for all public tours in 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis for dates.

Please send us the following information. Your name and your address. How many tickets you would like put on the voucher eg. one voucher for 2 people, or two vouchers each for 1 person. We will confirm your request and send as soon as possible by first-class post, in a cover envelope, and email you the invoice. We also have an option to send it direct to the recipient - see below.

We can also send a gift voucher direct to the recipient with your message, hand-written by us. Please email us with the name and address of the recipient, the number of tickets per voucher and your message. We will invoice you, the giver, by email.

You can add a bottle of our Pet Nat wine (£30) or Mistelle dessert wine (£25) to your gift, to be taken away at the end of the tour. Just specify in your email

Vouchers must be booked directly with Robin Snowdon / Georgina Harvey via email to info@limeburnhillvineyard.co.uk.
Voucher places are allocated in the order requests are received. We recommend booking by May 2026 to have a full choice of dates.
Vouchers are only valid for the tour dates in the year shown on your voucher. We are unable to carry over vouchers to the following year.
Dates, once booked, can only be changed if space is available on an alternative tour, and with a minimum 14-days notice.
If you wish to change your booking with less than 14 days notice, we can only offer you an alternative date if we can resell your spaces on the tour. If we cannot resell your spaces, your voucher will become void or you can gift your booked spaces to another. Please advise us of the names and email address of the recipient if you do so.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.
Bookings will be refused if the voucher number has already been redeemed.
If Limeburn Hill Vineyard is forced to cancel the tour due to unforeseeable circumstances, then an alternative date will be made available.
