It is made from our Eau de Vie de Vin, distilled by Circumstance Distillery in Bristol, and macerated for a year with fresh quince. The notoriously hard fruit releases its amazing citrussy juice in the alcohol and haunts with the unforgettable fragrance of the ripening fruit. Best friends.
