A very special smooth and rounded Eau de Vie de Vin made from our wine, distilled by Circumstance Distillery in Bristol. Here the flavour of grape is intensified to that of dried fruits such as raisins and figs, alongside the scent and taste of caramel. It is a lovely digestif served alone or over a cube of ice. Genius is the warmth of the festive season captured in a glass, and finds its way into quincemeat pies and Christmas puds. It’s also a brilliant cocktail ingredient, married with a seasonal fruit syrup and topped up with sparkling wine.
The name Genius Loci means ‘spirit of place’ which lies at the heart of everything we do. The label represents a slice through the vineyard from beneath the earth to the cosmos. Sealed with a cork and wax. Certified Biodynamic by Demeter.
