Our Beltain is an ‘orange’ or ‘amber’ sparkling wine due to the golden hues imparted during the skin contact fermentation. It is made with the aromatic Orion grape which has elderflower on the nose, apple, pear and stone fruits on the palate and a delicious savoury complexity.
Our Lammas is a clean and beautifully delicate Pet Nat (petillant naturel) with flavours of strawberry and citrus, made from Pinot Noir and Seyval Blanc grapes.
Petillant Naturel is the ancestral method of making a sparkling wine with a single fermentation. The fermenting juice is bottled with precision with sufficient yeast and natural grape sugars to create a fine mousse in the bottle.
