Our first still wine, Golden Oriole, captures high summer with rich tones of roasted peach and apricot over a flinty backbone. Made using a rolling fermentation of Solaris, followed by Sauvignac and completed with Orion, these three grape varieties together express their shared Riesling ancestry. This amber wine is naturally fermented in steel with wild yeasts and has no added sulphites.
