Our summer case contains one of each of our 2025 amber, rose and red Pet Nats, along with a bottle of eau de vie for seasonal cocktails. Short for petillant naturel, or naturally sparkling, our Pet Nats are made using wild yeasts which occur naturally on the grapeskins, and have varying amounts of skin contact to add flavour, colour and tannins

Our amber has notes of elderflower, pear and grapefruit zest and is an easy drinking 10.5 per cent. The rose is beautifully dry and pleasingly pink, and captures the flavours and aromas of red summer fruits (11.5%).

The sparkling red looks forward to the black hedgerow fruits of autumn but still light enough to serve just chilled with a beetroot and goat’s cheese salad, or a plate of charcuterie (10.5%).

We have added a bottle of our eau de vie de vin as a wine spirit for cocktails. Mix one measure of chilled spirit with 2 measures of fruit syrup (simmer fruit with approximately half as much sugar until dissolved, cool and strain), top up with chilled wine and serve with a strawberry or mint leaf.

The box is available direct from the vineyard by appointment, from markets, or by courier for £15.
