A seasonal box with three wines and a spirit to shake off the wet winter and enjoy the promise of spring, warmth and new shoots. This feeling is captured by our sparkling amber wine, Beltain, named for the Celtic May Day festival. We’ve included 2 bottles to cover a celebration lunch. They are accompanied by our Solaris Mistelle, a fresh, semi-sweet dessert wine which would be gorgeous with the tangy fresh cheeses of the new milking season. The joker position is held by Genius Loci - our super smooth eau de vie de vin which can be drunk as a digestif over ice, with a mixer, or as a shot in a cocktail, alongside rhubarb or gooseberry syrup, topped up with sparkling Beltain.
