Genius Loci is a very special smooth and rounded Eau de Vie de Vin made from our wine, distilled by Circumstance Distillery in Bristol. Here the flavour of grape is intensified to that of dried fruits such as raisins and figs, alongside the scent and taste of caramel. It is a lovely digestif served alone or over a cube of ice. Genius is the warmth of the festive season captured in a glass, and if you can spare a bit, it makes a satisfying flame on a Christmas pud.
Qindred Spirit is so named because it celebrates the union between the grape and the quince. It is made from our Eau de Vie de Vin, distilled by Circumstance Distillery in Bristol, and macerated for a year with fresh quince. The notoriously hard fruit releases its amazing citrussy juice in the alcohol and haunts with the unforgettable fragrance of the ripening fruit. Best friends.
