We are delighted to be returning to Cornwall for a special event with chef Michael Novitsky-Thompson, formerly of Michelin-starred Crocadon Restaurant. The venue is the cosy Bothy in the setting of a historic walled garden in the heart of Padstow, which is being lovingly restored to productive (organic) glory.

Michael has been a regular visitor to the vineyard and will conjure a seasonal menu to complement our natural wines and spirits. He shows the utmost respect for ingredients and gets to the essence of their flavour, all delivered with his trademark artistry.
