We are delighted to be returning to Cornwall for a special event with chef Michael Novitsky-Thompson, former head chef of Michelin-starred Crocadon Restaurant. The venue is the cosy Bothy in the setting of the historic Prideaux Walled Garden in the heart of Padstow, which is being lovingly restored to productive glory.
Michael has been a regular visitor to the vineyard and will conjure a seasonal menu to complement our natural wines and spirits. His passion is for growing and sourcing from organic farmers so expect a vibrant vegetable-focused five course menu. Michael, who formerly worked with chefs Jason Atherton and Simon Rogan, shows the utmost respect for ingredients and gets to the essence of their flavours, all delivered with his trademark artistry. And as a skilled potter, he is just as likely to have crafted the plate, as the food served on it.
